Rich started his career with New York Life in the Nassau General Office (Long Island, NY) in 1977. In 1979 he was promoted into management where he focused on recruiting and developing new agents in the Long Island area. Rich was promoted again in 1983, as the Associate General Manager of the Nassau General Office. In 1987, Rich was promoted to Managing Partner and was given an opportunity to manage the Constitution General Office in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. In 1995 Rich won the Chairman's Trophy in the Northeastern Zone. Rich has enjoyed a career with New York Life which spans over 20 years, he has developed a reputation for having one of the best recruiting and retention track records in the entire company.
